% 18.05.2018 Crl.M.A.No.9531/2018 By this application, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw Bail App.No.698/2018. Application is supported by the affidavit of Surender, son of Phool Singh whereas the affidavit in support of the bail application was filed by Satender, son of Dharambir. Surender who has filed the affidavit in support of the application claims to be the cousin brother of the petitioner who is now stated to be in judicial custody. Mr.Mohit Singh, Advocate appears for the applicant. He seeks leave to withdraw the application. In the Vakalatnama filed though name of Mohit Singh as one of the advocates has been mentioned but, his signatures are not there on the Vakalatnama, in acceptance thereof. Thus, this Court cannot permit learned counsel to withdraw this application. BAIL APPLN. 698/2018
