O R D E R

% 31.08.2016 By this writ petition, petitioner seeks parole for getting his jhuggi, where his family is residing, repaired.

Address of petitioner has been verified. A perusal of nominal roll shows that petitioner had been released on furlough on earlier occasions. It is not the case that he has misused the concession of furlough granted to him. State has verified that Jhuggi needs repairs.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, petition is allowed and petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum

of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of jail superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to SHO of the concerned Police Station once a week, that is on Mondays at 10:30 am and shall also give his contact number to the SHO. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
