O R D E R

% 22.01.2018 Vide order dated 15.03.2017 and vide order dated 10.07.2017, the interim protection was granted to the petitioner qua application u/s 438 read with Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 filed by the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory bail subject to the petitioner joining the investigation.

On behalf of the State and on behalf of petitioner also, it is submitted that the charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed. The petitioner may seek grant of regular bail before the learned Trial Court. Till the date the application is taken up for consideration by the Court concerned dealing with the FIR No. 21/16, PS Chanakaya Puri, under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the interim protection granted vide the order dated 15.03.2017 extended vide order dated 10.07.2017, is extended.
