I have also recorded the statements of the persons appearing on behalf of the parties. They have undertaken to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement. Their undertakings are taken on record. The parties shall remain bind by the undertakings given to the court. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement.
