1. Despite two pass-overs, the counsel who is to argue the matter is not present in Court. The counsel who has appeared for the Petitioner is not prepared to argue saying that he has been instructed not to do so.

2. It is seen that on the previous date also an adjournment was sought on behalf of the Petitioner. There have been several adjournments before that date as well.
