By way of the instant writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner prays the following prayers: "a). Issue an appropriate Writ/Order thereby directing the Respondent No 1 to register the FIR against Respondent No 2,3 and his associates. b). Issue an appropriate Writ/Order thereby directing the Respondent No 1 to take appropriate action against Respondent No 2,3 assuring the safeguard of Petitioner.

c) Issue an appropriate Writ/Order thereby directing the Respondent No 1 to take necessary action so that Petitioner should not be deprived from his legal right to file the case ."

direction to register an FIR is concerned, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner herein has not yet exhausted all his remedies and he can file an application before the learned Magistrate regarding the same. It is, however, directed that in case, such an application is filed seeking registration of the FIR against the respondents herein, the learned Trial Court, considering the urgency in the matter, will decide the application, when it comes up for the first time for hearing before it, within three weeks. 5.

Also, in the meantime, the phone number of the Beat Constable and the SHO be given to the petitioner and in case of need for protection, the SHO concerned will ensure that the petitioner is extended assistance as per law.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. 7.
