By the present petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers :
(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any other similar writ, whereby directing the Respondent to immediately conduct disciplinary and criminal enquiry against Ramkaran a.k.a Ramsingh working with respondent no. 1, and with further directions to declare the employment of the Respondent no. 2 as void ab initio for having obtained employment via forging date of birth proof.
(b) Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.

The petitioner essentially seeks action against his brother claiming that his brother has been continuing in employment on the basis of forged documents.

It is the case of the petitioner that his brother, despite being elder to him, is continuing in employment even though the petitioner has already retired.

Mr. Abhishek Khanna, learned Senior Panel Counsel for Respondent No. 1, states that the present petition would be looked into and action, if any, will be taken in accordance with law.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
