% 16.05.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks furlough for a period of three weeks to re-establish social ties and also challenges communication dated 23rd March, 2018 declining to grant furlough to the petitioner in view of his unsatisfactory jail conduct vide the punishment dated 24th February, 2017. Learned ASC for the State has handed over latest nominal roll of the petitioner which is taken on record.
As per the latest nominal roll parole for a period of four weeks has already been granted to the petitioner by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi vide order dated 13th April, 2018 which the petitioner can avail at any time. Considering the latest nominal roll of the petitioner this Court finds W.P.(CRL) 926/2018
no ground to grant furlough to the petitioner or interfere in the order dated 23rd March, 2018.
Petition is dismissed.
