% 08.03.2016 The present petition came up before this court on 30th May 2014, when this court ordered for issuance of notice to respondent No. 2 for 29th September 2014. On 29th September 2014, respondent No. 2 appeared and sought time to file reply and the matter was adjourned to 24th February 2015. On 24th February 2015 and 21st July 2015, the petitioner sought adjournment and the when the matter came up for hearing on 24th November 2015, the State was directed to file status report.

Nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the first call, in the pre-lunch session. Nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner even in the post lunch session. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present petition. The same is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
