After some arguments learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from Randhir Ranjan Ranjit Roy, the partner of the appellant under whose authority the appeal has been filed seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.

Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

In view of the appeal being dismissed above-captioned application seeking interim stay of the impugned order pending hearing of the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

At this stage we note that as per the impugned order the benefit can be availed of by the appellants if `5 lakhs were deposited in the name of the Registrar General of this Court by today.

Learned counsel for the appellant has shown to us a demand draft in sum of `5 lakhs drawn on IDBI bank branch 1/6, Siri Fort Institutional Area, Khel Gaon Marg, New Delhi-49. It is drawn in the name of the Registrar General of this Court.

It is 4.29 PM. We direct the concerned person at the Despatch Branch to receive the draft today itself.
