(COMM) 185/2017 Learned counsel for the respondent points out that the arbitration award, which is sought to be assailed in these proceedings was not rendered in context of any commercial dispute. She further contends that since the disputes between the parties only relate to the petitioner's claim in relation to a property bearing no. 10152, Katra Chhajju Pandit, Model Basti, New Delhi. the present petition is required to be transferred to the concerned District Court.

Since the filing of the petition is in Delhi and the dispute is not a commercial dispute, the present petition is transferred to the Court

of District & Sessions Judge, (New Delhi) Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
