O R D E R
% 04.04.2018 Impugned order of 20th March, 2018 inflicts punishment of termination of service upon petitioner.
At the outset, it is brought to the notice of this Court that impugned order is appealable under Regulation 68 of the Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971 and appellate authority in case of petitioner is the Executive Director (North) of respondent's Zonal Office at Noida. Since impugned order is appealable, therefore, this petition and the applications are disposed of while relegating petitioner to avail of remedy of appeal. It is expected that if an appeal is filed by petitioner, then it would be decided expeditiously.
Since no effective orders have been passed in this petition, W.P.(C) 3247/2018
therefore, the question of jurisdiction is left open. This petition and the applications are accordingly disposed of. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE APRIL 04, 2018 s W.P.(C) 3247/2018
