% 10.05.2016 The parties were relegated to the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and it is noted that they have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated April 19, 2016. The Settlement Agreement is signed by the parties, their counsels and the learned Mediator Mr. B.L. Wali. It is also stated, in clause 10 of the Settlement Agreement as under:- "That the parties have settled all their disputes and they have no subsisting dispute under the agreement deed dated 15.2.2013."

In view of the settlement, learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit. The same is dismissed as withdrawn. For the refund of court fee, learned counsel for the plaintiff would be at liberty to file an appropriate application. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J MAY 10, 2016/ak
