None appears for the appellant. It is seen that none has been appearing for the appellant for the previous three occasions as well (hearing held on 22.04.2024, 16.10.2024 and 28.11.2024).
On 16.10.2024, this court had noted the stand of the Delhi Fire Service (DFS) that Ram Lila celebrations were organised at the venue without prior intimation by the Organization Committee to DFS. It is also stated that respondent no.3 had issued fire safety recommendations/guidelines in the interest of public safety but in the present case DFS was never approached by the Organization Committee. 2.
We consider it apposite to set out the order dated 16.10.2024 passed by this court. The same is reproduced below:

length, we take note of the following disclosures which are made on behalf of the Delhi Fire Service.
"4. That it is further submitted that Ram Lila Celebrations were organized at the aforesaid venue without the prior intimation given by the Organization Committee to Delhi Fire Service nor any permission was sought for holding such event from Delhi Fire Service.
5. That it is also submitted that respondent No. 3 issues the fire safety recommendations/guidelines in the interest of public safety and on such recommendations, the management concerned ensures the fire safety in the premises. However, in the instant case, Delhi Fire Service was never approached by the Organising Committee for issuing the necessary safety guidelines for holding Ram Lila Celebrations.
Hence, no guidelines were issued to the management in the instant case and it is also not known if there were requisite fire safety arrangements in the premises as tile site was not visited by any officer of the department."
2. Before we close these proceedings, we request learned counsel to obtain appropriate instructions.
3. Let the appeal be re-notified for 28.11.2024." 3.
Thereafter, on 28.11.2024, this court had called upon DFS to place on record the guidelines as currently in vogue. DFS has since placed the said guidelines on record. Taking note of the same, we consider it apposite to close the present appeal. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
