% 19.12.2018 The issues in this case were framed on 4th September, 2017. Thereafter, the Plaintiff has not filed list of witnesses of affidavit-inevidence. Costs were also imposed by the Joint Registrar on 31st January, 2018. It is also recorded in the order dated 25th April, 2018 that the Plaintiff had not given any instructions to the counsel for the Plaintiff and that costs had also not been deposited. The Joint Registrar has therefore placed the matter before the Court.

In view of the non-appearance of the Plaintiff, non-filing of the list of witnesses and evidence as also not proving its case on any issue, the suit is dismissed.
