% 09.01.2019 During the course of the arguments learned counsels for the parties submit that there is a possibility of an amicable settlement being arrived at between the parties.

At their request, I appoint Mr.Sudhanshu Batra, Sr. Advocate as a Mediator before whom the parties may explore the possibility of an amicable settlement. The mediation will be conducted under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Parties shall appear before the Mediator on 14.01.2019 at 3.00 p.m. List before the Court on 4th February, 2019 for further directions in the category of „Short Matters‟.
