% 21.09.2017 Notice could not be issued to respondent nos. 2 to 4 as PF not filed. However, respondent nos. 2 to 4 have appeared in the Court through their counsel. Respondent no.5 is present in person and he is also appearing as Attorney of respondent nos. 2 to 4. Respondent no.5 has been identified by Insp. K S Rawat, PS DIU/East District. Respondent no.5 submits that he and other private respondents have settled the matter with the petitioner of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide four separate settlement deeds, all dated 1st October, 2016.

Photocopies of settlement deeds are on record. Respondent no.5, for himself and for respondent nos. 2 to 4, submits that FIR No.303/2012 under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 IPC registered at police station Janak Puri, may be quashed. Respondent no.5 says that respondent nos. 2 to 4 have no objection if the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 5 voluntarily, in the interest of justice FIR No.303/2012 under Sections420/467/468/471/34 IPC registered at police station Janak Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application, if any, is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
