% 16.03.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 4th January, 2017, passed in Cont.Cas (C) 2/2017, wherein it was agreed that respondent shall return petitioner's collapsible door within two days.

In the petition it has been averred that respondent has not returned the collapsible door.

Admittedly, today at 3.15 p.m. the collapsible door has been returned to the petitioner.

Accordingly, present contempt petition and application are disposed of as satisfied.
