Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that respondent No.4 paid approx Rs.4,65,000/- to the claimants and the respondent No.4 is entitled to the interest thereon @ 7.5% per annum from the appellant. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is willing to pay Rs.3,25,000/- to respondent No.4 in full and final settlement. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4 has taken instructions from respondents No.4 to settle this matter in full and final settlement for Rs.3,25,000/- 4.

Learned counsel for the appellant has handed over a cheque for Rs.3,25,000/- to counsel for respondent No.4 in full and final settlement. 5.

The statutory amount deposited by the appellant along with interest accrued thereon be refunded back to the appellant within four weeks from today.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
