O R D E R

% 16.07.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in FIR No.403/ 2006 registered under sections 302/307/34 IPC and read with section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 he has been acquitted. The learned counsel for the State submits that the case was compounded and does not result in acquittal. However, in the present case, he seeks parole for re-establishing and keeping alive his social ties.

The petitioner's conduct in the jail for the last one year is satisfactory. The last punishment for breach of jail rules was about 17 months ago and nothing adverse is recorded in the Nominal Roll about him for the past one year.

In the circumstances, the Court finds no impediment in allowing the present petition. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal

bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned subject to the following conditions:- (1) The petitioner shall report to the SHO, concerned Police Station Samaipur Badli, once a week on every Tuesday during the period of parole.

(2) He shall furnish his telephone number to the SHO concerned, which the petitioner shall keep operational at all times (3) He shall not leave the territory of NCT of Delhi. (4) The petitioner shall surrender before the jail authorities at the expiry of the period of parole.

With the above directions the writ petition is disposed off. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties and a copy be also sent to the Jail Superintendent through police for compliance.
