REVIEW PET. 192/2025 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for modification of the Order dated 03.02.2025 passed by this Court in Review Petition No.45/2025.

The order sheet indicates that it was submitted to the Court that both sides have appointed their respective nominee Arbitrators and that this Court should appoint the third Presiding Arbitrator and this Court appointed the Presiding Arbitrator. Now by way of the present application, it has been stated that the two Arbitrators have to appoint the third Arbitrator in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Agreement. 3.

have appointed two nominee Arbitrators and they are not in a position to appoint the third Arbitrator and that this Court should appoint the third Arbitrator. The name of the third Arbitrator was mentioned in Court at the time of passing the order. Therefore, the review petition is completely devoid of merits.

The review petition is dismissed along with all the pending applications.
