The present Petition under Section 37(2)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the Order dated 15.11.2025, passed by the learned Arbitrator dismissing the application filed by the Petitioner herein under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
