% 20.05.2016 I.A. 6301/2016 This is a joint application under Section 151 CPC filed by the plaintiff and defendant nos. 1 to 4. The application has been signed by the plaintiff and the said defendants. The application is supported by the affidavits of the plaintiff and the defendant Nos. 1 to 4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff states, in view of the decision of the parties to refer the disputes for arbitration, the prayer against defendants 5 to 7 does not survive. Learned counsel for the parties state that as the parties have agreed to refer the disputes which is subject matter of the Suit to the Arbitration of Mr. Jagdish Khandelwal, the Suit be disposed of as such.

Noting the submissions made by the counsel for the plaintiff and the defendants 1 to 4, the application and the Suit being no. CS(OS) 1813/2014 stand disposed of.

The date already fixed, i.e., 17th August, 2016 stands cancelled. IAs 11392-11393/2014, 6985/2015 Dismissed as infructuous.
