The Petitioner is implicated in FIR No. 78/2023, registered at P.S. Wazirabad for the offences under Sections 307/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The Applicant was granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 14th November, 2025 in BAIL APPLN. 4020/2025, as he was required to undergo surgery. The medical record annexed with the petition indicates that the surgery has since been performed. The Applicant was discharged from the hospital on 26th November, 2025. Counsel for the Applicant submits that the surgery pertains to a sensitive part of the body and therefore interim bail be extended to enable the Applicant to recuperate. 3.
