The applicant has filed this application seeking permission to withdraw BAIL APPLN. 4620/2025. It is stated in the application that five co-accused persons have been granted regular bail by the Sessions Court, and the applicant also wishes to approach the Sessions Court for the same purpose.

The application is allowed, and BAIL APPLN. 4620/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the aforesaid submission. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the matter in any manner, and it is for the Sessions Court to adjudicate the same in accordance with law, if an application is filed. 4.
