The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No.297/2023 of PS Punjabi Bagh for offence under Section 302/201/120B IPC. 2.

In furtherance of last order, learned APP assisted IO/Inspector Devender Singh has produced before me the CCTV footage in question. 3.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to testimony of all public witnesses.

As requested, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
