% 15.12.2025 CRL.M.(BAIL) 2480/2025 (seeking extension of interim bail) 1.
The Applicant is presently on interim bail pursuant to the order dated 1st December, 2025, and is due to surrender today. 2.
An application has been moved seeking extension of the interim bail by a period of five days on account of the medical condition of the Applicant's mother.

The application is duly supported by relevant medical documents, including records issued by the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences ('IHBAS').

Having regard to the aforenoted circumstances, the interim bail granted to the Applicant is extended for a further period of five days, commencing from tomorrow, on the same terms and conditions as stipulated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
