Mr. Abdul Gaffar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, states that investigation is now complete and police has filed the charge sheet without the arrest of the petitioner/applicant. He further states that the matter has been compromised between the petitioner and respondent No. 2,and in terms of the settlement, petitioner/applicant has agreed to pay Rs. 5.25 lakhs to respondent No. 2, and an MOU in this regard has also been executed between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the facts and circumstances, petitioner/applicant is not interested in pursuing the bail application, and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the same.
