By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to expedite and decide the application(s) filed under Section(s) 26 and 27 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (Act), respectively in case no HMA2301/2017 titled as "Anuradha Yadav vs. Deepak Yadav" which is presently pending before the learned Family Court Dwarka, New Delhi (learned Family Court).

It is the case of the petitioner that after filing of a petition under Section 13(i)(a) of the Act by the petitioner, even though the written statement/ reply of the respondent was filed on 06.01.2018 and thereafter, the petitioner had filed an application(s) under Section(s) 26 and 27 of the Act on 06.02.2020, however, despite the pendency of the said application, and the same having been listed before the learned Family Court on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. various occasions, the said application is yet to see light of the day as has not been decided till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view thereof, the petitioner has been deprived of meeting the children. He, thus, seeks an appropriate direction from this Court for the learned Family Court to proceed with the adjudication of the aforesaid application as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the factual circumstances involved, issuance of notice is dispensed with.

Though, this Court cannot dictate the learned Family Court how to follow the roster, however, in the interest of justice, as also since the present petition is arising out of a matrimonial discord inter se the parties involving a minor child, as also considering the nature of the application, the learned Family Court is requested to adjudicate the aforesaid application(s) as expeditiously as possible, albeit, considering the daily roster, if possible, within a period of six weeks from today. 6.

Needless to say, none of the parties shall seek any unnecessary adjournment(s) of any kind during the aforesaid period. 7.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition alongwith the pending application is disposed of.
