The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a. Issue appropriate direction quashing the mediation settlement and order, dated 19.12.2017, passed in HMANo. 898/2017 which has imposed status quo on the Petitioner's personal life as the Petitioner is unable to seek appropriate matrimonial relief.
b. Issue an order or direction, declaring that the continued suspension of Petitioner's matrimonial rights, as a consequence of the Respondent's threat and the misinterpreted mediation settlement, violates his fundamental right to life and personal liberty under Article 21.
c. Consequently, exercising the extraordinary power under Article 227, dissolve the marriage between the Petitioner and Respondent solemnized on 06.05.2006 on the grounds of irretrievable breakdown and mental cruelty, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. d. Pass an injunction restraining the Respondent from initiating any further legal proceedings against the Petitioner and his family members arising from the matrimonial relationship, except for the legitimate enforcement of existing rights. e. Issue protective orders or allow withdrawal from restrictive mediation conditions that are being misused." 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law as available.
