1. Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the Petitioner was able to meet her children in the mediation proceedings. The report of mediation is that the children are well looked after at present. Each of the Petitioner's four children have conveyed to the mediators that they wish to continue to remain with their relatives as of now.

2. Counsel for the Petitioner states that an arrangement should be made to facilitate the meeting of the Petitioner with her children at least once a month. Given the reluctance of the children to meet the Petitioner, such direction cannot be straightaway issued. It will be for the Petitioner to persuade the relatives in this regard. The fact that the Petitioner continues to remain in custody is another factor that makes issuance of such an omnibus W.P.(CRL) 964/2018 Page 1 of 2

direction difficult.

3. However, this order will not come in the way of efforts of the family and the Petitioner to resolve their differences in the best interests of the children.

4. The petition is disposed of.
