Crl.M.A. 14486/2017 (for permission to withdraw the present petition) By the present application, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on the grounds that sanction against the public servants had been denied by the Sanctioning Authority and further that the petitioner/applicant wishes to file an appropriate application before the Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Trial Court.

Leave as prayed for, is granted.

The present petition alongwith pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn.
