Mr. Sanjay Katyal, learned Standing Counsel for DDA appears on advance notice and submits that decision has already been taken by the competent Authority i.e. Vice Chairman, DDA on 02.12.2024. It is submitted that the petitioner has also been communicated about the decision by sending an e-mail to him.

During course of the hearing, a copy of such speaking order has been handed over in Court. The same is taken on record. A spare copy has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above, he does not press his contempt petition anymore and he would see as to what other permissible action he can explore in view of the aforesaid decision.
