Learned counsel for respondent submits that representation in question, which had been allegedly sent through e-mail by petitioner on 15.08.2024 has been forwarded by the respondent to the concerned quarter and that the same would be processed in terms of specific directions contained in order dated 09.09.2024 and would be decided within a period of two weeks from today. 2.
Representation sent by the petitioner is contained in Annexure P-10, copy of which is already with the respondents. 3.
Learned counsel for petitioner also submits that petitioner sticks to what has already been mentioned in the aforesaid email and he has nothing, in addition, to submit.

the aforesaid representation shall be decided within a period of two weeks from today, learned counsel for petitioner, at the moment, does not press the present contempt petition. He, however, seeks permission to revive the same in case no decision is taken by the respondent within two weeks from today. 5.
Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
