By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 373/2012, dated 13.12.2012, registered at P.S. Pur Prahlad Pur, New Delhi, under Sections 363 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

After some hearing, Ms. Mumtaz Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners in the criminal proceedings.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submissions.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
