The limited prayer being prayed in the petition is for issuing directions to the Ld. Principal Judge Family Courts for disposal of the application under Section 127 Cr.P.C/ Section 146 BNSS filed by the petitioner in maintenance petition no. 102/2020 within two weeks and for disposal of the maintenance petition no. 102/2020 within a period of six weeks.
