Respondent No.2 in CRL.M.C. 10036/2024 and petitioner in CRL.M.C. 10039/2024 is also present in Court and have been identified by Investigating Officer SI Sandeep Kumar, PS-Ambedkar Nagar 7.
During the pendency of the FIRs, the parties have arrived at a settlement and state that they do not have any grievance against each other and would assist in quashing of the FIRs.
8.
Both the parties state that they have entered into the aforesaid settlement out of their own free will, volition and without any threat, pressure, undue influence or coercion. The parties state that the altercation occurred in heat of the moment and they regret their actions and undertake not to repeat the same in future.
9.
Since the parties have arrived at a settlement and no disputes are pending, I am convinced that quashing of such proceedings on account of compromise would bring about peace and would secure ends of justice. The Court does not see any fruitful purpose if criminal proceedings are permitted to be prosecuted any further. It is a fit case for quashing.
