This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 832/2019 dated 27th November, 2019 registered at PS Raj Park, under Sections 354A/509/323 IPC basis no objection given by respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the form of an affidavit which is on record of this Court. 2.
Petitioner and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and duly identified by the IO.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 states that they have no objection to the quashing of the said FIR and confirm the same considering that they have amicably resolved their disputes with the petitioner, who is their neighbour. 4.
Accordingly, the said FIR be quashed subject to petitioner performing community service at Hanuman Mandir, S Block, Mangolpuri every Tuesday between 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. for a month, as may be The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. necessitated by the temple management.

Photographs of the same and confirmation from the temple priest along with an affidavit shall be placed on record within two weeks thereafter.

Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. 7.
Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 832/2019 dated 27th November, 2019 registered at PS Raj Park, under Sections 354A/509/323 IPC and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 9.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending application is disposed of as infructuous.
