% 28.03.2016 Present criminal leave to appeal petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the judgment dated 31.10.2011 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (NDPS), Dwarka Courts, Delhi, whereby the respondent has been acquitted by the learned trial court. On the last date of hearing i.e. 22.2.2016, learned APP for the State, on instructions, had made a statement that the respondent and the victim are now married and the victim has made a statement in support of the respondent. Learned APP for the State submits that in view of the statement made on 22.2.2016, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal leave to appeal petition and the same may be disposed of.
