The petitioners, who are respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in PC 12/2022, pending before the Court of the learned District Judge-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, have challenged an order dated 19.12.2024, by which their application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, was dismissed.

After some hearing, Ms. Manpreet Kaur, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this revision petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions available to the petitioners in the pending probate proceedings.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
