Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

This appeal seeks to take exception to an order dated 21.11.2025 whereby notices have been issued by the learned Single Judge to the unserved respondents in the writ petition and the next date has been fixed as 02.02.2026.

Submission of learned counsel for the appellant is that by the letter dated 18.11.2025, which is under challenge before the learned Single Judge in the proceedings of the writ petition, 07.12.2025 is fixed as the date of election and, therefore, the learned Single Judge has erred by not considering the prayer made for grant of interim relief and fixing the date of hearing after the date of election.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to entertain this intra-court appeal for the simple reason that the learned Single Judge has not adjudicated the prayer for grant of interim relief as urged by the appellant. However, we request the learned Single Judge to expedite the proceedings of the writ petition and the application for grant of interim relief. For the said purpose, learned counsel for the appellant is granted liberty to approach the learned Single Judge. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the appeal along with pending applications stands disposed of.
