2. It is stated that the refund order has been issued but without interest. The DVAT Department will within a week furnish to the Petitioner the reasons for denying it interest. It will be open to the Petitioner to make a representation to the VATO within one week thereafter. The VATO shall decide the said representation and communicate his decision to the Petitioner within a month thereafter. If aggrieved by such decision, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
