The registry shall verify this and report.

There is no appearance on the part of the second respondent on the matter being called out. It is, however submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that her affidavit with ID proof has already come on record on 17.11.2018. The terms on which the parties had settled the dispute, however, are not clear from the material submitted on record. The counsel for the petitioner now seeks adjournment to file copies of the pleadings submitted and statements made before the family court leading to the decree of divorce being passed. Be listed on 2nd April, 2019.
