The present application under Section 151 of the CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant seeks following prayers:- "a) Permit the petitioner to withdraw the present RC Revision Petition along with pending applications, and b) Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/petitioner, in addition to the aforesaid prayers, seeks liberty to take recourse to remedies, as permissible in law, including but not limited to initiating independent proceedings or challenging the impugned orders in the captioned petition before the Court of competent jurisdiction/appropriate forum, if so, legally advised.
