By virtue of the present petition under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC), the petitioner seeks transfer of Suit bearing no. CS DJ 9502/2016 titled 'Tata International Limited v. Narang Sales Corporation & Anr.' (Suit) pending in the Court of learned District Judge-06, District-South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi to any designated Commercial Court, District-South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Though the petitioner simply instituted a Civil Suit and there were no commercial Courts before the learned Saket Court (South East district), New Delhi. In view of the above, as also considering the statements made by the parties, the present transfer petition is allowed and the Suit bearing no. CS DJ 9502/2016 entitled 'Tata International Limited v. Narang Sales Corporation & Anr.' pending in the Court of learned District Judge-06, District-South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi is hereby transferred to concerned designated Commercial Court, District-South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

As such, the learned District Judge-06, District-South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi is directed to send the entire record pertaining to the Suit pending before it to the concerned designated Commercial Court, District-South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi. 8.
