% 19.09.2017 The learned counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 06.10.2010, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with the Registrar General of this Court and from out of the said deposit, seventy five per cent (75%) was allowed to be released, balance held back shall also be released to the claimants.

The statutory amount shall be refunded to the appellant insurance company.
