This is an application filed by the appellant seeking condonation of delay of 117 days in filing the captioned appeal. The only ground set out in the application explaining the delay is that the officials were unable to reach any decision regarding the filing of the appeal. 2.

We are unable to accept that this is a sufficient cause that prevented the appellant from presenting the appeal within the time. It is noted that the delay is almost four times the time available for filing the appeal. 3.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed. LPA 1229/2024 & CM APPL. 74879/2024 (Stay) 4.

Consequently, the appeal is dismissed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
