% 24.04.2018 The learned counsel for the appellants states upon instructions from the appellant No.1, who is present in the Court that she wishes to withdraw the appeal. She has also filed an affidavit to the effect that her address as mentioned at the time of filing the appeal i.e. H. No.19/143, Sarai Rohilla, Delhi, is changed to C-12, Gurudwara Rakab Ganj Sahib, New Delhi110001. Alongwith affidavit, she has filed the photocopies of her Aadhar Card, Voter Identity Card as well as the Passport. The learned counsel for the appellants has filed his vakalatnama vide diary No.117236 as of today. Copy of the said affidavit has been taken on record. The appeal has been supported by an affidavit of appellant No.1 who does not wish to pursue this case and seeks to withdraw it.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending applications also stand dismissed.
