It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the parties had amicably resolved and settled all their disputes. As per the memorandum of settlement dated 25.01.2018, the petitioner had agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.3,25,000/- to the respondent in full and final settlement of his all claim.

Mr. Anil Sehgal and Mr. M.L. Pandey, Advocates, on instructions, submits that the workman/respondent has received the entire settlement amount of Rs.3,25,000/- by way of two Demand Drafts of Rs.1,25,000/- and Rs.2,00,000/- from the petitioner management. Both the learned counsel submit that nothing survives in the petition. As such, the petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement

agreement dated 25.01.2018.

The CM No.7363/2014, CM No.4347/2015 and CM No.9739/2016 are also disposed of. VINOD GOEL, J.
