These are petitions filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking interim reliefs against the respondents. 2.

During the pendency of the proceedings, the parties have arrived at a settlement and consequently, a Consent Terms dated 25.09.2025 has been executed between the parties.

A copy of the said Consent Terms has been handed over in the Court today and the same is taken on record.

Binding the parties to the terms of the said Consent Terms, the petitions are disposed of with pending applications, if any. 5.

In case there are any defaults pursuant to the Consent Terms, the parties will be at liberty to revive the present petitions.
